Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card or PayPal and will be charged immediately upon completion of the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order being complete. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability with the correct pronunciation of the name chosen. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Streaming and Download
With respect to any streaming and/or downloadable product that you purchase on or through the Kideo Site, you acknowledge and agree that, upon making such material available to you (or to your intended authorized recipients) for streaming and/or download, Kideo will have fully satisfied its obligation to deliver or otherwise provide such material, regardless of your or your recipients’ failure or inability to view, play, use or store such material. All streaming and/or downloadable purchases on or through the Kideo Site are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable, and no such material is returnable or exchangeable (except as expressly otherwise provided in these Terms of Conditions or as otherwise determined by Kideo in its sole discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, streaming and/or downloadable content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and remains the exclusive property of Kideo.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via www.kideo.com or extensions thereof is done from United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling fees start at $4.95 for one DVD and increase per DVD sold. Rush orders are subject to extra charges as stated at check out and our FAQ page. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been completed. A complete order must contain all of the following: an acceptable photo that follows our pre-disposed guidelines, a name pronunciation that exists in our pre-recorded database, and an accepted form of payment. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 2 business days. US mail orders can take up to 7 business days from day of shipment and Canadian mail orders can take up to 15 business days. If your order is not received by the 20th Business day from shipment a replacement will be issued.
Please place your DVD order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.
Payment
Payment of all items purchased via www.kideo.com or extensions thereof is processed via credit card and PayPal only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Canadian customers paying with their credit card will have the total price of their order converted from Canadian Dollars to US Dollars and charged in US Dollars. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals.
NY residents will be responsible for any and all applicable state taxes and charges payable in connection with any purchase made on or through the Kideo Site. If you do not pay such taxes or fees on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and Kideo reserves the right to collect or withhold such taxes or fees from you at any time.
Return Policy
All sales from Kideo are FINAL. Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement. We do NOT consider an unsatisfied cropped picture and/or misspelled name to be a manufacturing defect.
To obtain a replacement for a defective DVD:
1. Please enclose a letter and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your full name and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is defective.
2. Repack the defective product just as you received it and return it to us at:

all requests for replacement of defective merchandise must be placed
within 30 days of the original order. We
stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction
guarantee on any defective merchandise. Please
inspect goods IMMEDIATELY.
After
30 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please
inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to
ensure that your DVD(s) works perfectly.
Kideo
will pay to ship authorized replacements via USPS First Class service
only.
You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able
source, as Kideo will not be responsible to merchandise lost in
transit.
