Return Policy:

Due to the personalization involved in creating this product, all sales are final. Once your order is placed and a confirmation number is assigned to your order we will not accept cancellations, requests for modifications or returns for credit or refund. If you believe the product you received is defective or an error was made during the production process, we will replace your product at no additional charge.

***Claims on defective merchandise must be made within 60 days of shipment date. The original product must be sent back to Kideo Quality Control at the address listed below prior to the shipment of the replacement DVD.
